Minty Matcha Smoothie
Matcha is great in a latte and all, but have you tried it in smoothie? SO GOOD!
When it's hot outside, this is a cool, tasty treat to give you energy and focus while getting additional nutrients from the added fruits and veggies. Cool down with a delicious Metta Matcha smoothie!
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk (we used unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 medium banana
- 4-5 small dates
- 3/4 tsp Cozy As F*ck Metta Matcha
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2-1 cup spinach
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend, baby, blend! Top with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
