Matcha Fruit & Yogurt Bites
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup Kroma Wellness OMG Vegan Cookie Butter
- 3 tbs molasses (or measure with your heart)
- 1 tsp sifted matcha
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
- 1/4 cup of any fruit
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix well, spoon into muffin pan, shape into a cup with a muddler, bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Once cooled, spoon matcha yogurt into oatmeal cup, top with fruit.
- Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh! :)
