Matcha Fruit & Yogurt Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup oats 
  • 1/2 cup Kroma Wellness OMG Vegan Cookie Butter 
  • 3 tbs molasses (or measure with your heart)
  • 1 tsp sifted matcha 
  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup of any fruit 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix well, spoon into muffin pan, shape into a cup with a muddler, bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, spoon matcha yogurt into oatmeal cup, top with fruit.
  3. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh! :)
