Matcha Tropical Fruit Bark

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 2 oz warm water
  • 1-2 cups vegan white chocolate wafers
  • 1/4 cup fruit of choice 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt vegan white chocolate wafers.
  2. Place parchment paper in a pan.
  3. Pour in melted chocolate & smooth the top.
  4. Separately whisk matcha in warm water.
  5. Pour into chocolate & lightly swirl together.
  6. Top with fruit of choice (we used pineapples & cranberries)
  7. Freeze overnight, cut and enjoy! :)
