Matcha Tropical Fruit Bark
- 1 tsp matcha
- 2 oz warm water
- 1-2 cups vegan white chocolate wafers
- 1/4 cup fruit of choice
- Melt vegan white chocolate wafers.
- Place parchment paper in a pan.
- Pour in melted chocolate & smooth the top.
- Separately whisk matcha in warm water.
- Pour into chocolate & lightly swirl together.
- Top with fruit of choice (we used pineapples & cranberries)
- Freeze overnight, cut and enjoy! :)
